Responsibilities:

• Support of Electronic Banking customers by phone. Tracking of all implementation and support activities.
• Activation of clients in EB systems
• EB clients on-site training
• Escalation of all EB issues according procedures
• UAT and PVT tests of new EB systems versions
• CitiDirect and EB products Support, Documentation, Implementation, Activation, Client training.
• Proactive local and global EB systems monitoring. EB issues escalation.
• Inactive and MIFT CitiDirect clients follow-up
• Support of UAT and PVT tests of EB products
• Sales/Business support of EB based products

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Advanced PC user
• Good knowledge of English
• Client service more than 1 year experience
• Strong Internet application knowledge
• Information technologies knowledge is a plus
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software
• Problem-solving ability; self-confident & self-motivated;
• Team worker
• Customer oriented
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
