Программа не компилируется. Не могу понять в чем дело.

Ну во первых код надо правильно выкладывать иначе будет то что сейчас имеем - частичную хрень.
Во вторых. Открываете вы текстовый файл, а читать пытаетесь данные как числа. В итоге будете снова хрень иметь в числовых переменных.
