Ругаетсо на строки типа

Код:

              if  ((((Components[i] as TGroupBox).Color=RGB(144,238,144)) or

Хотелось бы знать в чем причина и как исправить?


P.S. В принципе не мешает, работает и ладно, но не понятна суть предупреждений и как их можно исправить...
