Составить программу которая будет отсчитывать от 10 до 0, а потом заканчивать свою работу(На Label с самого начала будет цифра 10 , и через каждую секунду это число должно уменьшаться на 1). Благодарю всех кто поможет мне. СПАСИБО.

Элементарно, надо воспользоваться компонентом TTimer:
