При запуске возникает проблема: ошибка invalid filename

Ошибку выдает в строке while not eof(f)

If F is an untyped file, RecSize specifies the record size to be used in data transfers. If RecSize is omitted, a default record size of 128 bytes is assumed.

Отсюда следует, что лучше использовать

+ файлы нужно закрывать.
Но проще использовать TFileStream, как говорил MAD.
